Decision Science Lab offers location, demographic and neighbourhood analysis tools. Some are free; others produce paid reports. The tools combine public data sources, including census data, with our own analysis.
Our reports are decision support, not professional advice. The underlying data is drawn from third-party and public sources that may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and our analysis involves modelling assumptions that will not hold in every case. Nothing we produce is real estate, investment, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should verify anything material before acting on it.

Parts of this site are restricted to authorised staff and clients. Accounts are granted individually and are not transferable. If you have been given access, keep your Google account secure and tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
Paid reports are charged through Stripe at the price shown before purchase. Because reports are generated and delivered immediately, they are not automatically refundable. If a report fails to generate, arrives incomplete, or is clearly wrong, email cvardar@gmail.com and we will fix it or refund you.
The site, its tools, and the format and presentation of our reports remain the property of Decision Science Lab. When you buy a report, you may use its contents for your own business purposes, including sharing it inside your organisation.
We aim to keep the site working but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Tools may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn, and third-party data sources we depend on may become unavailable.
To the extent permitted by law, Decision Science Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on our analysis. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the report in question.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
